Defective Items:
Items that do not work must be returned to chenziramart for a full refund or exchange within fourteen (14) days after the date the merchandise was received. Items altered or damaged through misuse by the customer, accidents, fire, and flooding, natural disasters while in possession of the customer, or which fail due to being used in voltage or circuits for which it is not designed, or by voltage fluctuations cannot be returned and are not covered by the warranty. The customer must submit the original purchase receipt or the order number, at the time of requesting a refund.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within five business days.

Return Eligibility

• Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
• Items that are damaged, used, or missing parts are not eligible for returns.

• Pack the item securely and ship it back within 3 days of return approval.
Refunds
